Become a Patient

Please call Blue Oak Clinic at 520-322-9355 for questions and scheduling. The entirety of each visit is spent one-on-one with Dr. Mikaela Flanagan.

Cost for visits is dependent on the amount of time spent together:​

• New adult patient visit (75-90 minutes): $300

• New pediatric patient visit (60 minutes): $195

• Standard follow-up visit (45 minutes): $150

• Shorter follow-up visits and LENS neurofeedback session (15-30 minutes): $65-100

Payment is collected at time of visit via credit or debit card. I do not accept insurance but can provide you with a special receipt designed for insurance reimbursement. Please talk with your insurance company about out-of-network and telehealth coverage prior to your scheduled appointment. I cannot guarantee partial or full-reimbursement of services. FSA/HSA cards are typically accepted, however, please confirm eligibility before appointment.
